Our company is taking part in the CAP Industrie adventure!

We’re delighted to be working with Lavoisier College in Auchel as part of the CAP Industrie scheme, an initiative designed to introduce young people to the world of industry!

👉 What is the CAP Industrie?
It’s a 4-stage programme that enables 4th year pupils to immerse themselves in the real world of industry, to gain a better understanding of our businesses (because yes, there are different areas of expertise within our company) and the challenges facing our sector.

And because we love teaching young people!

1️⃣ Industry at secondary school: a few months ago, a team went to meet secondary school pupils to present our business.
2️⃣ The secondary school in our company: a few weeks later, a group of pupils came to visit our company HANOVA.
3️⃣ Preparing the project: the pupils then worked on a presentation in the form of a slide show.
4️⃣ Collective presentation: with the end of the school year approaching, a long-awaited highlight was held with other schools and companies in the Ruitz, Noeux les Mines and Labourse area to present the fruits of their labours.

👏 Well done to the students for their curiosity, their ideas and the work they put into their presentations!
