Hello, I am THE PROCESS!

We often think that food safety relies solely on the materials used. FALSE this is a common misconception!

I am present at every stage of production. I structure, supervise, and secure all operations in a rigorous and continuous way. I work closely with the teams. They bring me to life every day by applying good practices, carrying out quality controls, and acting as soon as any deviation is identified.

And I can tell you  the teams do not let anything slip through!

I rely on a demanding framework, in particular the FSSC 22000 standard, which structures practices and ensures a high level of requirements in food safety.

Beyond procedures, it is above all the teams regularly trained in SDA (Food Safety) who give meaning to how I operate. They develop reflexes and build a real culture of vigilance.

So no, I am not just a set of rules or documents. I am a living system, built on rigor, coordination, and daily attention.

And it is thanks to the teams of our company HANOVA and to myself (the process) that food safety is ensured, day after day.
